Is VIONIZ really free forever?
Yes. The VIONIZ Citizen version is free with no limitations, no time limit and no paid tier for the same features. We'll never convert it into a trial.
How is that possible?
VIONIZ Citizen is the sensor network that trains the VIONIZ Enterprise versions (free and paid). In exchange for protection, you can optionally share anonymous threat fingerprints — that's the product. No ads, no data selling.
What does Crowd shield share?
Only a hash (SHA-256), verdict, detection engine and file type when a new threat is found. Never contents, paths, or personal data. It's fully opt-out in Settings.
Do I need an account?
No. Install, and you're protected. Optional Crowd shield uses an anonymous install ID, not a login.
Is VIONIZ independent?
100%. Every detection engine is built in-house — no third-party antivirus engine licensing. That's why it's fast and private.
Protection is a right, not a subscription.
